Every mission is scoped under the responsibility of Nexus MP. When a project reaches beyond one scope or one capacity (UI/UX Specialist, Designer, Business Analyst, and more), we bring in our network of vetted independent specialists.
Direct mission
Nexus MP takes the project end to end: framing, design, development, deployment and handover. The typical mode for data science, AI, modelling and application projects — the core of what we do.

Get called for our overflow missions
Some projects call for a skill outside our core (UI/UX Specialist, Designer, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Technical Writer, and more). When that happens, we bring in independent specialists we already know and trust, rather than turning the project down.
